What happens after I schedule my call?

After scheduling your call, you can expect to recieve a confirmation email with the details of your initial planning call. You will receive a detailed quote 24 hours prior to your call.

Do you travel for weddings outside the DFW area?

Yes, we do! While we're based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we're happy to travel for destination weddings or events in other locations. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.

How soon should I contact you before my wedding date?

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible after your engagement, especially if you're interested in our full-service planning package. For month-of coordination, contacting us 6-8 months before your wedding date is ideal to ensure availability.

What if I need to reschedule my consultation?

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your consultation, simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll be happy to find a new time that works for you.

Do you work with a specific vendor list?

While we have established relationships with many trusted vendors in the DFW area, we don't limit our clients to a specific vendor list. We provide recommendations based on your style, budget, and preferences, but you're always free to choose your own vendors. If you bring in vendors we haven't worked with before, we'll coordinate with them to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How many weddings do you take on each month?

To ensure each couple receives the attention and service they deserve, we limit ourselves to a maximum of four weddings per month. This allows us to provide personalized service and dedicated attention to each of our clients.

Can you work within my budget?

Absolutely! We work with a wide range of budgets and can customize our services to meet your specific needs. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your budget constraints and help you prioritize what's most important to you, ensuring you get the most value for your investment.

What happens if you're unavailable on my wedding date?

If we're already booked for your wedding date, we'll be happy to recommend other reputable wedding planners in the area who may be available. We maintain relationships with several trusted colleagues and can help you find someone who matches your style and needs.
